Summary: Pros: Convenient location Safe/security cameras New Appliances Affordable Garbage disposal outside Shampoo/conditioner In between: Furnishing is unorthodox Water from the tap Breakfast options Street parking Small kitchen garbage can Side entrance steep Fence door could use TLC Cons: Bad carpet finishings Poor property maintenance Towels/face cloths are stained 3 large spiders were found Entrance to stay sketchy looking(not in pictures) Loud upstairs tenants This also is personal preferences I’ve noticed. Everyone is different and expect different hospitalities.

Summary: This property was clearly advertised as ENTIRE HOME twice on the home page. VRBO itself advertises that you get the ENTIRE HOME. This was a basement suite. Booked for 3 guests, MUCH more suited to 1 or 2 guests MAX. Access to the backyard entry was unsafe at best. There were stairs leading to the back yard that included a rock as the top step and uneven depths of the subsequent steps. The gate did not open entirely due to hitting stepping stones of the pathway. The pathway ended and then there were roots sticking up from the ground. For us 3 seniors (one with a cane) it was nasty navigation but especially with our suitcases. Suite was advertised as a 2 bedroom unit when in fact it was one bedroom and the 2nd bed was situated in the "living room". Absolutely no privacy with the 2nd bed. The "living room" was taken up with the bed so the 2 seater futon pushed up against the wall was the ONLY seating. The mattress on it was an inch thick. Highly uncomfortable. The kitchen was further disappointing. The dining table had only 2 seats. Although there were ample plates, there was only one cooking pot, only 3 knives and only 2 drinking glasses. Clearly this unit did not support the 4 people that were invited to sleep there. In the bathroom, we were supplied with 3 bath towels for the 6 days. No hand towels or facecloths. Laundry facilities as advertised were not found. It was a VERY disappointing stay and we could not recommend this unit to anyone, especially seniors.

Summary: It is a very clean, cute suite. It had all the things you have at home. The only thing I think to make it even better since there was no control for temperature, an oscillating fan. It was very warm!! Perhaps a small bbq (just a thought)! Overall, happy with the place.

Summary: It was a great space with 2 actual beds not a bed and a pullout. The unit was fully equipped with what we needed in terms of kitchenware, laundry, and bedding. It would have been nice to have hand towels and face cloths for the bathroom, however, we made do. The people live upstairs and you often hear them walking around--- definitely not the most sound proof unit, however, when we did find it too loud with music playing above the bedroom one night at bedtime, we simply messaged the host and they turned it down. Overall a great stay in a nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: We had a great stay at this downstairs apartment. Its located in a quite, peaceful neighborhood. Easy to find parking spot. The space is clean and very comfortable, with 2 beds, fully equipped kitchen, and even a washer and dryer, which was super convenient. Very great location, just a 5 mins drive away from the plaza that has grocery store, pharmacy, liquor sore, and dinning options: McDonald's, tim horton, subway, suchi spot and pizza.

Summary: The suite was clean, neat and tidy when we arrived. Communication with our host was good. Wing was quick to respond to questions and was respectful. A few more kitchen amenities would have been nice perhaps. There is a Nespresso machine but another coffee making option could have been nice. Maybe a drip maker or a french pressThe house and neighborhood were quiet.This was a good home base for us while we spent most of our days visiting family.Thank you Wingmaking option
